Booking is easy! Just give us a call or send an email. Let us know what service you’re interested in, and we’ll help you schedule a time that works for you.


Yes, we offer discounts for customers who schedule recurring cleaning services. Please contact us for more information about our pricing and discounts.


Nope — it’s completely up to you! Many of our clients provide access and go about their day. We just ask that we’re able to safely enter and lock up afterward.


Please tidy up personal items and ensure we have clear access to the areas being cleaned. For interior cabinet/appliance cleanings, make sure they’re empty before we arrive.


Yes! We bring everything needed to complete your cleaning. If you have specific product requests (e.g., hypoallergenic or green products), let us know in advance.


Absolutely! We love pets. Please let us know ahead of time so we can come prepared. A pet fee may apply depending on the level of cleaning needed.


Policies

Booking & Scheduling

  • Once we confirm the service details, an invoice will be sent. A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot.
  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed.
  • Add-on services must be requested at the time of booking to ensure proper scheduling.

Deposits & Pricing

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • If the condition of the home is significantly different from what was described during booking (e.g., excessive buildup, trash, pet damage, etc.), we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
  • If we arrive and cannot proceed due to access issues or unsafe conditions, the deposit is forfeited.

Arrival Windows

  • We provide a 1-hour arrival window for all appointments.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic or previous jobs running long — we’ll notify you of any updates promptly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Pet Policy

  • We’re pet-friendly! Let us know in advance if pets will be on-site.
  • A pet fee may apply depending on the level of cleaning needed (fur, dander, odor, etc.).
  • Please secure aggressive or overly curious pets for safety.

Scope of Work

  • We do not clean biohazards, mold, insect infestations, or anything that could pose a health risk.
